Burk Roberts has been a partner in the Killeen law firm of Roberts & Roberts, LLP since 1992, and served as the City Attorney for the City of Harker Heights from 1994 through 2019. His primary practice areas are transactional real estate, business, probate and estate planning. He represents many of the leading businesses in the local economy, including municipalities, financial institutions, title companies, builders, developers, property management companies, and a wide range of professionals.

Burk received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Juris Doctorate from the Baylor University School of Law. Admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1992, Burk is a member of the Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law Section, the Bell County Bar Association, and the College of the State Bar of Texas. He also holds a Life Fellowship in the Texas Bar Foundation, and is the former Co-chair for the Texas Center for Legal Ethics and Professionalism Region 5 Development.

Burk's many professional achievements include being recognized as an Outstanding Young Man of America, as well as being listed in Marquis Who’s Who in American Law, Marquis Who’s Who in America, and Marquis Who’s Who in the World. In addition, he has been honored among both the Killeen Daily Herald’s “Central Texas’ 100 Best” (Attorney category), and Evening Star Reader’s Choice poll (Best Attorney). He holds an "Excellent" Avvo Rating, as well as a BV® Peer Review Rating for ethics and legal ability from Martindale-Hubbell.

Burk is a former Chairman of the Killeen Salvation Army Advisory Board.
